We, at First Morning Light Chinese Christian Church, treasure the opportunity to introduce God’s Word to preschoolers and kindergarteners. Children at this age, ranging from 3 to 6 years old, are the most innocent and adorable. They are highly curious about their surroundings, though their attention spans are short. Therefore, we strive to engage and stimulate them with a variety of activities during our 180-minute class time.

When you bring your precious little ones to our Pre/K class, our kind and friendly teachers will warmly greet and welcome them. We begin with playtime activities that help facilitate their transition and promote fine motor skills. Through these interactions, our teachers build personal and trusting relationships with the children.

After the icebreaker, we will have Bible stories, songs, memory verses, quiet time, crafts/coloring, and fun games to introduce the monthly theme. And of course, snack time — always a favorite — will never be missed!

We want to emphasize the importance of bringing your children to God at a young age. By planting God’s Word in their hearts early, it will guide and strengthen them in the future. Don’t wait — come and join us today!

兒童參與事奉

我們不單看重和孩子一起研讀分享神的話語，也鼓勵孩子們積極投入兒童主日敬拜的服事行列，因此詩歌敬拜和木偶團成員都是由孩子們組成的。藉由孩子們的事奉參與，使他們學習作一個在主裏忠心的服事者，這樣的服事精神，幫助孩子們在未來成為真正的領導者的重要基礎「 …你們中間誰願為大，就必作你們的用人； 誰願為首，就必作多人的僕人。」馬太福音20:26-27

課程內容

「若有人在基督裡，他就是新造的人，舊事已過，都變成新的了。」 哥林多後書 5:17。每一個信徒的孩子需要知道如何建立上帝的屬性。因此，我們專注於教導孩童上帝的屬性，包括信實，忠誠，誠實，服從等，透過老師們按照聖經真理及生活化的訊息帶領孩童追求敬虔合神心意的生活。

兒童每日親近神

我們鼓勵孩子們使用”Keys-for-Kids”靈修材料，每天建立一段時間安靜親近主的習慣。這個教材運用許多真實生動的生活故事，幫助孩子理解和學習，如何將神的話語應用在日常生活中。

家庭兒童門訓

我們鼓勵家長們帶領孩童在家中敬拜神，一起培養靈修生活習慣。從小在家裡建立孩童的屬靈生命，操練屬靈對話，實踐信仰在生活中。教會願與您合作，同心把孩童帶領到神的面前，建立教會的下一代。

FMLCCC values every kid as a precious individual created by the Almighty Lord. We plant and water the seeds in their pure heart at an early age. We provide exciting Sunday Worship for primary kids, grade 1-6. The Sunday Worship consists of praise and worship, prayers, puppet skits, messages, Bible drill, snacks, short video clips and small group discussion.

Participate in God’s work & Serve

In addition to focusing on sharing God’s words with the primary kids, we also encourage them to participate in God’s work through active participation in Sunday worship and service, like leading praise worship and puppet shows.
By participating in the service, the kids learn to be a faithful servant which is the foundation of true leadership. “…whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be your slave.“   Matthew 20:26 – 27.

Curriculum

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!” 2 Corinthians 5:17. Every believer’s kid needs to know how to develop godly character. Therefore, we are focusing on teaching the primary kids various godly characters including faithfulness, loyalty, honesty, obedience, and etc. We will deliver a solid biblical message with daily applications and create the desire for godly living.

Daily Devotion

To encourage every child to have quiet time daily, we are using “Keys-for-Kids” for devotion. “Keys-for-Kids” uses a lot of real life stories to help children understand and learn how to apply God’s word in their daily life.

Home Child Discipleship

We encourage parents to have family worship with children at home, through prayers and daily devotion, starting to build their spiritual relationships with God from young.  It’s important to have spiritual talks with children regularly.  Together with parents, we can form the faith for our next generation.
