• We at First Morning Light Chinese Christian Church treasure the opportunity to introduce God’s Word to preschoolers and kindergarteners. Children at this age — ranging from 3 to 6 years old — are the most innocent and adorable ones. They are highly fascinated by their surroundings, but their attention span is very short. Therefore, we strive to engage and stimulate them through a variety of activities during the 180 minutes of class time.

When you bring your precious little ones to our Pre/K class, our kind and friendly teachers will greet and welcome them warmly. We first engage them with toys that help facilitate their transition and promote their fine motor skills. Through these interactions between teachers and children, we aim to build personal relationships with each child.

After the icebreaker, we will have Bible stories, songs, Bible verses, quiet time, crafts/coloring, and fun games to introduce our monthly theme. And of course, snack time is always a highlight that can never be missed!

We would like to emphasize the importance of bringing your children to God at a young age. By planting God’s Word in their hearts, we believe it will guide and strengthen them in the future. Don’t wait — come and join us today!

  • We value every child as a precious individual created by the Almighty Lord. We plant and water the seeds of faith in their pure hearts at an early age. We provide exciting Sunday worship for primary children in grades 1–6. The Sunday worship consists of praise and worship, prayers, puppet skits, messages, Bible drills, snacks, short video clips, and small group discussions.

Participate in God’s work & Serve

In addition to focusing on sharing God’s Word with the primary children, we also encourage them to participate in God’s work through active involvement in Sunday worship and service — such as leading praise and worship or performing puppet shows. By participating in the service, the children learn to be faithful servants, which lays the foundation for true leadership.

“…whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be your slave.” — Matthew 20:26–27

    Curriculum

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!” — 2 Corinthians 5:17

Every believer’s child needs to learn how to develop godly character. Therefore, we focus on teaching our primary children various godly traits, including faithfulness, loyalty, honesty, and obedience. We deliver solid biblical messages with daily applications that inspire a desire for godly living.

    Daily Devotion

To encourage every child to have daily quiet time, we use “Keys for Kids” as our devotional material. “Keys for Kids” shares many real-life stories to help children understand and apply God’s Word in their everyday lives.

    Home Child Discipleship

We also encourage parents to have family worship with their children at home through prayers and daily devotion, helping them build a strong spiritual relationship with God from a young age. It is important to have regular spiritual conversations with children. Together with parents, we can nurture and strengthen the faith of the next generation.
